Epstein Files ("we", "the site") is a free, open-source research tool that provides AI-powered access to publicly available U.S. Department of Justice documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Chat messages: Your questions are sent to our server to generate responses. Chat history is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to or stored on our servers beyond the duration of a single request.

No accounts or personal data: We do not require registration, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.

Cookies & Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

We do not set any first-party cookies beyond what is required for the site to function (e.g., storing your disclaimer acceptance in local storage).

We do not retain any user data on our servers. Chat history is stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time using the trash icon in the chat header.

Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
